It’s finally official, Sea Scout Ship 3500, “Rock of Ages”, has launched!!!
Based at Pleasant Harbor Marina, in Peoria, AZ, we will teach our youth knowledge and skill sets which they will use throughout their lives. Through activities such as sailing, power boating, and SCUBA, matched with lessons on navigation, marine communication, and weather, the boys and girls (ages 14-21) of Ship 3500 will launch forth into their lives with not only the knowledge gained through “hands on doing” and having fun, but will do so with the mental discipline and problems solving skills essential for successful careers and lives.
